It took me a couple years, but I finally found the chrome hand controls that was going to be used on the 2004 Indian Chief Motorcycles. These hand controls came direct from the factory in Gilroy, then to me. I own and ride 3 2004 Indian Chiefs in addition to several 2003 models. These controls are far better than the 2003 and prior models. They're very solid, and operate very smoothly. The left side control even has a passing light blink switch on the back side!
NOTE: These should work great on Victory motorcycles as well. These would be a great upgrade, since Victory stock hand controls are not chrome.

These controls come with long enough wires to mount to the stock handlebars, with some room to spare. They will probably work with mini-ape bars as well, you will need to check yourself.
The ends are a bit different from the 2003 and lower hand controls. If you would like to use them with your 2003 EHC, you will need to modify the ends. Anyone handy with a soldering iron should be able to do the changes. Additionally, you may find it easier to purchase a 2004 EHC; if interested, I can tell you where you can purchase these.
These controls should work fine on any VICTORY and on some metric bikes. I have seen them on some metrics, but I don't know anything about them. As for VICTORY they should plug in, as-is, but again, I know nothing about Victory motorcycles.
I have several other 2004 Indian parts that I have collected over the years. Some of these parts include the 2004 clutch perch and lever, 2004 tail lights, 2004 rear turn signals, 2004 rear turn signal stand-off bolts, and 2004 chrome hand controls.
